Jivi AI provides a platform powered by custom Language Model (LLMs) technology to assist users in understanding their health issues better. The platform is designed to provide users with a differential diagnosis based on the information provided by the user regarding their symptoms and health vitals.
While Jivi AI strives to provide accurate and helpful information, it is important to note that the platform is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The differential diagnosis provided by the platform is based on the information provided by the user and may not always be accurate.
Users are encouraged to consult with qualified healthcare professionals for accurate observations and treatment recommendations. Jivi AI does not prescribe any medication or treatment plan and does not assume responsibility for any decisions made based on the information provided by the platform.
Users are solely responsible for the information they provide to the platform. It is important to provide accurate and truthful information to ensure the accuracy of the observations provided by Jivi AI.
All payments for services or features within the Jivi app must be completed at the time of purchase. By proceeding with the payment, the user agrees to the stated pricing and charges.
Certain features of the Jivi app may include in-app purchases facilitated via Google In-App Purchase or third-party payment gateways. All transactions are non-negotiable and final.
JIVI HEALTH PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• JIVI HEALTH PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team at Hello@Jivi.ai.The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the JIVI HEALTH PRIVATE LIMITED, it'll take1-2 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Jivi AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the platform.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
